About the role

Known internally as an Assistant Manager Middle Market you will support a very experienced Senior Relationship Manager and their commercial portfolios consisting of lending typically in the range of $1 - $10 million.  You will have exposure to our larger and more complex customers and the opportunity to go out on customer visits. 

This role involves:

Relationship management:  Influence, build and maintain strong customer relationships and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.

Customer focus: Proactive customer needs analysis, identify opportunities to strengthen the relationship, provide timely and quality service

Management of Lending Facilities:  Accurate preparation of credit submissions and administration of loan files, financial analysis, managing the end to end loan application process, maintain credit and portfolio quality with compliance activities.

 

This is a full time permanent position with flexible work options.  Rest assured, we will be customizing our onboarding experience with both relevant distancing restrictions and candidate preference in mind.

 

Does this sound like you?

The ideal candidate must have the ability to write credit submissions and will likely have 2+ years experience in a similar role.  Plus:

  • Strong financial acumen with credit and financial analysis skills. 
  • Success in building strong customer and stakeholder relationships
  • Sound understanding of commercial markets and commercial lending products and policies
