About the role

We have an incredible opportunity to develop your career, at the same time as improving your quality of life. We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Branch Manager, with a passion for people development and community engagement, to join the branch in Deloraine, situated in the foothills of the Great Western Tiers mountain range in Northern Tasmania.

Key responsibilities include 

  • Experience in Residential and Commercial lending is essential
  • Encourage an environment of providing feedback and recognition to staff
  • Ability to lead staff to cater for current requirements of the branch and prepare them for long term expectations
  • Understanding of financial management, business acumen and risk framework  
  • Embed operational and risk management practices through regular and clear communication on requirements
  • Knowledge of Loan Application Processing Systems and knowledge of Branch operations is required.
  • Establish and nurture business networks to build the branch profile in your local community and create an effective referrer network  
  • Listen and learn from formal and informal customer feedback to continue to build and improve our connection with our customers
