About the role

The Branch Manager at our Gilgandra Branch will be responsible for building the strategic plan to gain market share for the localised area. You will spend a large portion of your time utilising your business development skills to build long-term connections with local community groups, stakeholders and partners to drive business opportunities for the branch.  This is a great opportunity for a strong home lending specialist with a passion for leadership and driving operational excellence.

 This position is located at our Gilgandra Community Bank Branch. The role is Permanent Full time working 76 hours per fortnight.

About you 

You’ll have: 

• Experience in Residential and Commercial lending (essential) 
• "Natural Born Leader" proven ability to lead, mentor and develop highly effective teams. 
• Understanding of financial management, business acumen and risk framework   
• Embed operational and risk management practices through regular and clear communication on requirements 
• Knowledge of Loan Application Processing Systems and knowledge of Branch operations is required. 
• Experience in lead generation and a demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results. 
• Demonstrable experience in developing and executing strategies to maintain and build business growth.  
• Highly developed relationship building skills; proactively developing valued internal and external networks and community partnerships.
