About the Branch
Mitchell Street Branch is far more than just a bank with banking products. Being one of our first concept stores, it’s unique. We believe people in our community deserve the best opportunity to succeed in business so we’re offering a space inside our walls for local businesses to showcase their wares and connect with new customers.
Whether it’s showcasing a range of products in our retail pop-up space, exhibiting artwork and other creative pieces, or holding an event in the vibrant event space, it’s our way of contributing towards our communities to help them achieve big things.
About the role
The Branch Manager at Mitchell Street Branch will be responsible for contributing to the strategic plan to gain market share in our localised area. You will spend a large portion of your time utilising your business development skills to build long-term connections with local businesses, community groups, stakeholders and partners to drive business opportunities for the branch.
You will also play a critical role in coaching and developing the Mitchell Street team to be high performing, motivated and deeply engaged in what they do.
The role is a Permanent, Full-Time opportunity, the roster is 76 hours per fortnight.
