About the role
The role of the Business Analyst Performance Optimisation is responsible for analysing data and delivering findings contributing to business operations, increased effectiveness, efficiency, and disciplines regarding decision making. The role includes analysing and reporting on team / department operational and staff performance using ActiveOps Methodologies (AOM) and presenting findings.
