About the Division 

The Consumer Processing department contributes towards this vision by developing and executing strategies which will deliver our products and services to our customers in an efficient and cost-effective manner. About the role

The role of the Business Analyst Performance Optimisation is responsible for analysing data and delivering findings contributing to business operations, increased effectiveness, efficiency, and disciplines regarding decision making. The role includes analysing and reporting on team / department operational and staff performance using ActiveOps Methodologies (AOM) and presenting findings. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating, implementing, and maintaining management reporting to deliver consistent operational productivity and performance data reporting across various operational teams.
  • Support implementation of a Productivity & Performance Framework across operational teams to deliver consistent reporting & analytics.
  • Conduct analysis against defined performance metrics to identify efficiency improvement opportunities, presenting findings to operational leaders.
  • Supporting ActiveOps framework implementation across operational teams.
  •  Work with stakeholders to create measures that enable the business to deliver its products and services efficiently, and ensure ActiveOps implementation plan deliverables are implemented within agreed time frames

About you 

 You are an experienced business analyst with solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills who demonstrates the following:

  • Highly developed time management skills, ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and perform under pressure
  • Highly developed reporting and analytical skills with previous experience in PowerBi dashboard & reporting development (essential)
  • Previous experience in coding languages such as Python and Jarvis and facilitating data sharing techniques (i.e. API / SFTP) is highly desirable
  • Advanced interpersonal communication skills – influencing and relationship building, together with strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
