About the Department
When you join the team, you also are part of Group Financial Crime Risk who helps to protect the Bank, our customers and the communities we serve from the impacts of financial crime. An integrated department in Group Risk, the function helps to design, oversee, deliver and champion the activities that occur across the Bank to manage the risk of financial crime.
About the role
Part of an established and experienced team who are responsible for the performance of a range of key support functions. This covers the completion of card and merchant fraud investigations, card and merchant fraud monitoring, the development of fraud prevention and detection initiatives and the management of card and merchant fraud reporting.
The purpose of the role is to Monitor and Action fraud alerts and cards at risk to lower losses etc.
There are x2 part time positions available (1 role (day shift): 3 days per week – Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, and 1 role (evening shift, 4:30pm-1am): Thursday and Friday week 1 and Thursday, Friday & Saturday week 2)
These roles are based onsite in the Bendigo region. This role is a 12-month secondment.
