Our Change and Organisation Design team are embedding how change is designed, delivered, and measured across the enterprise, working on large profile transformational programs of work. Engaging with teams across the Enterprise to prioritise the right changes at the right times, minimising risk, realising the benefits, and most importantly ensuring these changes land positively with our people.
About the role
Our Change Managers work closely to support Change Leads that oversee portfolios of work. From initial scoping you will support delivery of new systems, technology, business processes, as well as operating model changes, and most importantly ensure all stakeholders, employees, and customers are effectively communicated to, remaining engaged and prepared to receive the changes.
As a Change Manager, you will:
You’ll be part of a mature change function that are highly collaborative, super engaged, focused on best practice change management, and love what they do! All your change management experience can be combined in an open-minded environment where your ideas and input are valued. Be part of an organisation where you’ll be given ownership and have the ability to influence at all levels.
This is a 12 month maximum term contract. We’re happy to consider full or part time (minimum 3 days per week), so talk to us about what flexibility looks like to you. You can be based in any of our main office locations in Melbourne, Bendigo, Adelaide, or Brisbane for the days that you’re in the office, noting that hybrid ways of working are core to how we operate today.
