This important work is delivered by our Culture Engagement team who manage activities to support the evolution of our culture, including risk culture. By designing and delivering key interventions this function helps us realise our cultural aspirations and group goals, as well as meeting our regulatory obligations.
We have a new permanent opportunity for a Culture & Behavioural Risk – Senior Advisor* to support on-going work in this space that uniquely combines People & Culture initiatives with Risk Culture management. Through the development of organisation-wide culture interventions and employee experience measurement you’ll provide the foundations for change and help shape the future of this space here at the bank.
With genuine access to key decision makers at a board and executive level you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing sustainable strategies and solutions that enable our culture aspirations. Your strong data and analytics skills, program management background, and expert consulting and stakeholder management skills can be combined in a role where your ideas and input are valued. You’ll be given ownership to challenge the status quo and influence change across the enterprise.
