You’re looking for a job where you can make a real impact for both your customers and your community. You thrive in a role that is fast-paced and varied, love building authentic and trustworthy relationships with your customers, and get excited helping them to grow their financial well-being. You want a job where you can help your community achieve big things and have some fun along the way.
About the role
Our vision is to become Australia’s bank of choice, and you’ll play an important part in helping us achieve that. Customer Advisors are the face of the branch and business. You will build meaningful relationships with your customers to help them meet their financial goals. Knowledge and expertise set us apart. You’ll connect with the community to contribute to them, including finding ways for us to engage with them. Teamwork and mateship will be crucial as you work together to meet our goals. You’ll be part of a culture that values risk and compliance at the heart of all decision making.
This position is located at the Kyneton Branch. The role is Permanent Part Time and the roster is 56 hours per fortnight working Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week.
Bendigo Bank is the bank you can be proud to work at. We have a collective purpose to feed into prosperity, not off it. We were born out of community, for community, and remain the only bank headquartered outside of a capital city. As part of the larger Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Group of over 7,000 employees, we’re big enough to offer you every opportunity, but not so big that we lose the community feel that we’re famous for.
We’re more excited for our future than ever before. Join us in walking the talk when it comes to supporting our customers, giving back and making our communities a better place.
Belong to a wonderful team of people. Know how we know they’re great to work with? They told us! Great benefits, work life balance and flexibility. You bring your brilliant mind and we’ll help you take your learning to the next level with our on-the-job training and internal and external development opportunities - we want you to shine. After all, YOU make us the better big bank.
At Bendigo and Adelaide Bank we believe a diverse workforce supported by an inclusive culture is central to our success, and we actively encourage applications from those who bring diversity of thought to our business. We support candidate requests for adjustments to accommodate an illness, injury or disability to equitably participate in the selection process, and of course, if successful, the workplace.
If you’re excited to be part of an organisation with strong values and a community focus - then this could be the role for you! Apply now.
