Your new role
As a Customer Engagement Consultant, you’ll be working in a dynamic, connected and fun environment, with a range of consultants, lending specialists and team leaders.
For this role, you will be required to engage with customers, be curious, listen to their needs, identify any relevant solutions and complete a serviceability check before passing the hot lead over to an experienced lender.
As a driven and highly motivated individual, you will be able to easily build rapport with customers, explore their overall financial needs and convert leads to opportunities for our Consumer Connection sales teams and Local Connection network. You will also be responsible for making daily decisions with your peers in relation to workload allocations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well versed and established team and this could be a career pathway for someone who aspires to a future lending role.
Our Customer Engagement Team currently operates between 9.00am – 7.pm EST Monday to Friday. You will be required to work across the span of hours on a rotational roster.
Commencement date for this role is 28th of February 2022.
