About the role
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will focus on helping our customers achieve their financial goals by providing relevant financial solutions. You will do this by having holistic conversations and exploring customers’ needs, determining the right solution and delivering the kind of experience customers will want to come back for time-and-again. You will play an integral part in driving growth via business development activities and processing and assessing loans.
You will be working in a dynamic, connected and fun environment with a team of customer consultants, lending specialists and team leaders. You will answer consultant calls, respond to customer calls, emails and web requests, and get involved with a range of customer campaigns and initiatives.
This is a Permanent Full time position with working hours on a rotating roster and at times will be required to work across a spread of hours, Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 7.00pm AEST/AEDT and Saturday from 9.00am to 5.00pm AEST/AEDT. Based in any of our Adelaide, Ipswich, Brisbane, Melbourne or Bendigo offices.
