Bendigo Bank is the bank you can be proud to work at. We have a collective purpose to feed into prosperity, not off it. We were born out of community, for community, and remain the only bank headquartered outside of a capital city. As part of the larger Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Group of over 7,000 employees, we’re big enough to offer you every opportunity, but not so big that we lose the community feel that we’re famous for.
The bank is more serious than ever before about its future. Join us in walking the talk when it comes to supporting our customers, giving back and making our communities a better place.
Belong to a wonderful team of people. Know how we know they’re great to work with? They told us! Great benefits, work life balance and flexibility. You bring your brilliant mind and we’ll help you take your learning to the next level with our on-the-job training and internal and external development opportunities - we want you to shine. After all, YOU make us the better big bank.
At Bendigo and Adelaide Bank we believe a diverse workforce supported by an inclusive culture is central to our success, and we actively encourage applications from those who bring diversity of thought to our business. We support candidate requests for adjustments to accommodate an illness, injury or disability to equitably participate in the selection process, and of course, if successful, the workplace.
