About the role

As a Customer Service Officer (previously known as a Teller), you will be the face of the branch. You will be supported to do what you do best – listening to customers and using your skills to help them with transactions, provide education on our online platforms and tools, recommend the banks products and services, and assist our customers achieve their financial goals. Full training is provided.

The position is located at the Community Bank Leopold in Gateway Plaza. The role is Full-time, and the roster is Monday to Friday, working 9.00am to 5.00pm, however a Part-Time arrangement may also be considered.


About you

You will bring:

  • Extensive experience in a customer service environment
  • Demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results
  • An ability to confidently talk to customers face-to-face and over the telephone 
  • An eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our Community Bank different
  • Experience in the banking and finance industry - a plus but not essential
