About the division
Technology and Transformation are focussed on digitising our customer service offerings on a small, innovative and incremental basis. We know to stay relevant in an ever-increasing digitised world where customers preferences and expectations are changing, we need to increase our focus on this and in a condensed timeframe.
To accelerate our efforts and customer value we have partnered with and industry leader to understand, based on their experience, what can be achieved in what timeframe and to determine the right model of accelerated digital transformation for our group. This focussed digital transformation is aligned with our focus on simplifying our organisation, our business, processes, platforms and technology and improving the experience of our staff and enhancing the experience for our Customers
About the role
The Delivery Owner is responsible for end to end delivery of one or more initiatives (Transformation, BAU and/or Compliance) of varying levels of complexity within their respective practice. Delivery of initiatives may require interaction across a variety of Practices.
Flexibility is key to this role, as you may be coordinating a large, complex enterprise-level initiative across one or more Practices to supporting a smaller initiative requiring integration with other activities outside the Practice. Responsibilities include discovery planning and facilitation, iteration management for a specific squad, orchestrating work required in the practice (and across other practices) to deliver business outcomes.
