Within this Centre of Excellence sit Digital Marketing Communications, the control centre for multi-channel direct customer contact combining marketing, engagement, and service messaging in one team.
Known internally as a Digital Marketing Communications Specialist, you will manage highly effective everyday banking product campaigns via a Marketing Automation suite of tools. Collaborating cross functionally to ensure that campaign briefs and processes are aligned to the overall customer contact strategy, you'll work closely with various business stakeholders to provide expert knowledge and solutions in an omni-channel environment which achieve customer loyalty, retention, and acquisition across the everyday banking portfolio of products.
