About the team and role
The Beaufort Community Bank are approaching the remainder of 2020 with a fresh recruitment perspective for their small community bank branch. The board are interested in knowing who out there has a passion for driving success for their community and has the drive to achieve this by providing integrity based financial services. With this expression of interest, the board is seeking an experienced consumer lender. The role will be dependent on an applicant’s knowledge and competencies.

Known internally as the Customer Relationship Officer, this role provides a high standard of professional service that explores the customer’s needs and circumstances and provides consumer lending or other financial solutions relevant to their lifestyle. You will demonstrate a high level of ownership which is based on building strong relationships with new and existing customer and the wider community. You will actively engage our customers to explore the best products and services to suit their needs.
The successful candidate will closely support the Branch Manager in developing and coaching team members to understand our products and services and to provide quality referrals. We are seeking candidates with a positive attitude and communication style, who take initiative and share best practices with the team.

Home and Personal Lender
With the title of Customer Relationship Manager, you will focus on helping our customers achieve their financial goals by providing relevant lending based financial solutions. You will do this by having holistic conversations and exploring customers’ needs, determining the right solution and delivering the kind of experience customers will want to come back for time-and-again. You will play an integral part in driving growth via business development activities and processing and assessing loans.
You will be working in a dynamic, connected and fun environment with a team of customer consultants, lending specialists and team leaders. You will answer consultant calls, respond to customer calls, emails and web requests, and get involved with a range of customer campaigns and initiatives.
