About the role
The Home Lender position is known internally as a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the success of our customers via the provision of relevant products and services that truly meet their financial and wealth needs.
You will play an integral part in driving growth via business development activities and processing and assessing loans.
You will be working in a dynamic, connected and fun environment with a team of customer consultants, lending specialists and team leaders. You will answer consultant calls, respond to customer calls, emails and web requests, and get involved with a range of customer campaigns and initiatives.
This is a Permanent Full time position with working hours on a rotating roster and at times will be required to work across a spread of hours, Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 7.00pm AEST/AEDT and Saturday from 9.00am to 5.00pm AEST/AEDT. Based in any of our Adelaide, Ipswich, or Bendigo offices.
This position will commence Monday, March 28th 2022
