About the role
Known internally as a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the success of our customers via the provision of relevant products and services that truly meet their financial and wealth needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing Community Banks with an amazing opportunity to develop your skills and career.
You will play an integral part in driving growth via business development activities and processing and assessing loans.
Our Customer Relationship Manager is not just a lender; in addition, you will engage and support the team to help with their continued growth in the lending space too; uplifting their capability through effective training and coaching covering relationship focused conversations, sales and referral skills and development of product knowledge.
We are looking for a motivated person who isn’t afraid to ask for the business, has a passion for lending and thrives on developing and mentoring a team.
This position is located at Community Bank Paradise Point. The role is Full Time and the roster is working 76 hours per fortnight.
