About the Role

Lending Systems Support is responsible for the provision of lending support to the Consumer network.  It is also responsible for the development and implementation of new initiatives to improve the lending efficiency and capacity to the network.

Central to providing effective services and improving efficiencies is the development of implementation of in business projects and major projects that are undertaken.  These projects may range from improvements to policy and procedure, through to participation as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on projects that impact  Bendigo Bank, and implementation of technical changes in core systems or development of new solutions.

Key duties include:

  • Analysis & documentation of business processes to identify issues and solutions.
  • Documenting business cases to improve current retail lending systems.
  • Working with key stakeholder groups to drive outcomes for defined projects.
  • Providing system support for LAP, BusLAP, ComLAP, and future Lending systems.
  • Networking with the Lending Support team.
  • Complete UAT/PVT as required
  • Management of Core Banking system and control tables

About you

To be successful you will have

  • Strong communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and banking systems & applications including LAP, BusLAP, ComLAP, RFS-B, LAP Ref-Utility.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) skills.
  • Production Verification Testing (PVT) skills.
  • Knowledge of current lending policies, processes & procedures.
  • Highly accurate approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills
