About the role

The Loan Services Officer’s key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of loan contracts and security documents for complex consumer and commercial loan structures; and
  • Examination/Document verification of the accuracy of complex and non-complex securities and loan contracts
  • Checking and certifying loan files utilising new/existing security for settlement
  • Preparation of Guarantor Disclosure Information and packages
  • Providing advice and guidance to key internal stakeholders

We have full time and part time (part time consisting of 60 hours per fortnight) permanent roles supporting our Loan Fulfilment division. Please specify on your application what your preference.

These positions can be based anywhere within Australia, we are open to all locations to give you the flexibility to work from home, however it is essential have access to a corporate branch or head office location for technology updates and/or training.

What you will bring:

  • An understanding of complex structures such as companies, trusts, partnerships and associations is highly desirable
  • Experience in preparation, examination and/or certification of loan documentation including letters of offers and securities in a Processing or Legal environment
  • A very high quality focus, attention to detail, accuracy and he ability to manage conflicting priorities in a high volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Proactive, innovative, and prepared to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and co-operative.
