About the Division
Servicing, Experience & Account Support function contributes towards this vision by developing and executing strategies which will deliver our products and services to our customers in an efficient and cost-effective manner. A culture of operational excellence underpins this, with the delivery of highly efficient and robust operational platform impacting the experience of our customers and partners, which in turn delivers the customer value proposition.
About the role
This role provides a key function within the bank to verify loans, incoming securities, organise property and financial settlements with external parties. The position of a Loan Officer within our Business Banking settlements team plays an important role in the Bank’s lending to customers, ensuring the Bank is secured and able to take possession of the property offered by the customer as security against a loan.
We have a Part time (34 hours per week) and Full time (38 hours per week) permanent position available within the team and there is some flexibility to work from home on occasion, the rest of the work week is based out of the Ipswich office.
