Within this Centre of Excellence sit Marketing Automation, the control centre for multi-channel direct customer contact combining marketing, engagement, and service messaging in one team.
We currently have a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity for a Marketing Automation Specialist that has genuine possibility of extension. Reporting into the Marketing Automation Manager you will manage highly effective Everyday Banking product campaigns via a Marketing Automation suite of tools.
Collaborating cross functionally to ensure that campaign briefs and processes are aligned to the overall customer contact strategy. Working closely with various business stakeholders, you will deliver expert knowledge and solutions in an omni-channel environment, which achieve customer loyalty, retention, and acquisition across the Everyday Banking portfolio of products.

This role can be based in any of our main office locations: Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, or Bendigo for the days that you are in the office, and then other days you’ll be working from home to help better balance your life and work.
