Our Customer Insights & Marketing Performance Team manage the delivery of insights and performance reporting to inform strategy and drive business growth through best-in-class marketing with a customer focus.
This Centre of Excellence is data driven, led by best practice, connected, and performance orientated - a team of SMEs delivering analytics solutions and initiatives across Group Marketing.
We currently have a permanent opportunity for a Marketing Performance Reporting Specialist to join the team. Reporting into the Head of Customer Insights and Marketing Performance you will source, interpret, and analyse relevant data to deliver regular reporting on the performance of marketing activities.
Collaborating closely with the Marketing Performance Reporting Manager, Data Insights team, Digital Marketing, Group Marketing, and key internal stakeholders to understand and source the relevant data. Using this collated data you will deliver regular reporting and provision of deep insights to assess performance and identify opportunities to optimise marketing investment and effort. You’ll bring your strong analytical and reporting skills to a role where you’ll have the opportunity to add value as you grow your career with us. Ideally you will be familiar with marketing performance concepts and benchmarks, being able to pool data from dispersed datasets into meaningful insights. Most importantly you’ll have a continuous improvement mindset, be data and insight led, and be driven in the pursuit of knowledge.
This role can be based in the following locations: Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane, or Bendigo for the days that you are in the office, and then other days you’ll be working from home in a hybrid model to better balance your life and work.
