Within the People & Culture Division our Change and Organisation Design team is strengthening our in-house organisation design capability to support our transformation program. The Organisation Design Specialist is a new permanent role reporting into the Head of Change & Organisation Design. The role will support significant organisation design activities and the introduction of new ways of working.
You will partner with Leaders, and the Change & Organisation design team to enable how we work into the future in support of implementing new tools and capabilities for our people with a focus on how change is designed, delivered, and embedded across the enterprise.

This role can be based in Melbourne, Adelaide, or Bendigo for the days that you are in the office, and then other days you’ll be working from home to help better balance your life and work.
