About the role  

As our Product Manager - Equipment Finance and Trade you will report to the Product Lead – Cashflow and Markets and will play a critical in ensuring that our products meet our customers’ needs at all aspects along the end-to-end value chain. You will enable the delivery to market, day-to-day aspects of product management process and governance. The role is also involved in the development and delivery of product strategies, roadmaps and backlogs that align with our target customer segments that support and enable the targeted products.

You will enable the team with information regarding aspects of product that are required in the development of business cases to enable the execution of strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs. Additionally, you will undertake detailed investigation as required in conjunction with others in the team, to develop market intelligence, segment needs, behaviours, market trends to enable meaningful decision making.

As our new Product Manager, you will develop strong relationships and engagement with our business partners and stakeholders to ensure product is appropriately connected across all aspects of the value chain so that we can consider segments, channels appropriately and identify new opportunities to improve product performance.

About you 

As our new Product Manager - Equipment Finance and Trade, you will bring the following skills:

  • Exposure to key areas of product management which may include the development, embedding and execution of product strategy, roadmaps and backlogs
  • Exposure to Financial Services products ideally those aligned to the defined product set
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking products and services, ideally aligned to the defined product set.
  • Interest in growing and developing leadership capability
  • Problem-solving abilities and exceptional time management skills
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable with ability to grasp new concepts quickly
  • An understanding of legal and regulatory environment for Financial Services
  • Analytical capability

We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of minimum x2 days in a local Head Office p/week

This role is a full time, permanent role, based at any of our head office locations
