To achieve our vision of becoming Australia’s bank of choice, we must grow a community where we want to work, where we are valued and where we belong. One enabler of this vision is the ability to attract, acquire and retain talented and diverse people.
In the past 18 months, Bendigo and Adelaide Bank has made a significant investment in the uplift of our recruitment and talent acquisition function. We have built new teams, refined policies, embedded and refined new processes, invested in technology, and have well and truly commenced the journey towards a best-practice recruitment function.
Our in-house recruitment team have built a strong brand internally as experts in sourcing top talent for our organisation. Our success is based on our unrelenting commitment to best practices; we build true partnerships with our hiring managers based on trust and respect, as well as live by our candidate-centric ethos of delivering exceptional care, and because quite frankly we love being the best at what we do!
We currently have a 4 month fixed term contract opportunity for an experienced Volume or Campaign Recruiter to come on board as soon as possible with genuine likelihood of further extension or temp to permanent options. You will partner with the customer divisions of the bank to guide and promote talent capability uplift, futureproofing our workforce, and help us to continue to deliver top quality customer service.
You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, who are geographically dispersed but virtually connected. As the expert in your field you'll be given autonomy and ownership to manage your own portfolio of clients and roles. Join an organisation where your work will be valued and your input and ideas are always welcome.
You will bring your significant experience as a volume or campaign recruiter from either an in-house, RPO, or agency environment, your commitment to quality candidate management and stakeholder engagement, as well as demonstrated capabilities sourcing hard to fill roles using talent pools, Seek Talent search, LinkedIn Recruiter or other innovative outside the box practices. Previous experience using PageUp would be amazing but is not essential.
These roles will ideally be based in one of our main office locations: Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, or Bendigo for the days that the team are in the office together, and then other days you’ll be working from home to help better balance your life and work. We know great talent can be anywhere so we're also open to people working remotely and will consider applicants based anywhere in Australia.
At Bendigo and Adelaide Bank we believe a diverse workforce, supported by an inclusive culture, is central to our success and we actively encourage applications from those who bring diversity of thought to our business. We also support flexible work arrangements and welcome applicants to discuss this in our interview process.
