About the role

As a Senior Property Specialist you will become part of our Specialist Lending team and manage commercial property customer relationships and acquisition.  You will pick up an existing portfolio which has huge capacity to grow and have direct and full-time support from an Assistant Property Specialist.

As a senior member of the team you will also work with the Senior Manager Property to develop and maintain an environment that motivates, holds accountable, engages and develops the skills of the team.  You will actively engage the team to ensure their continued growth; uplifting their capability through effective training and coaching.

This is a full time, permanent position with flexible work options available. You will become part of a successful and cohesive team and a company with a great culture. Based in our Adelaide head office, you will benefit from modern facilities with collaborative workspaces and be able to work alongside our other Business Banking segments such as Small Business and Specialist Lending, as well as the local Credit Risk team.
