The Senior HR Business Partner will partner with the GM Digital Banking, along with the Chief Transformation Officer and other key business leaders to continue to build our digital capability. Working alongside other People & Culture teams and supported by change management you will lead how we align to embed cultural change and new ways of working for the Digital business. In this role you will lead and manage the implementation of HR strategy, deliver best practice initiatives, and develop comprehensive people plans, anchored by our employee experience principles to enable achievement of the digital business strategy over time.
Reporting to the Head of an integrated team across change management, organisational design, and workforce partnering this role contributes to our overall People & Culture strategy. You’ll be part of a professional and collaborative team that provide you with ownership, ability to influence at all levels, and who will value your input and ideas in support of the organisation strategy.
An experienced HR professional, you’ll bring a wealth of experience in banking, technology, or related areas and be skillful in strategically partnering with Executives and business leaders. We are seeking someone who builds trust and credibility with strong engagement skills and business acumen in challenging the status quo. You will display a natural curiosity for technology, be an early adopter of new ways of working in the digital world, with experience navigating large complex organisations that work at pace to deliver innovative People & Culture strategies.
Ideally this role will be based in one of our main office locations in Melbourne, Bendigo, Adelaide, Brisbane, or Sydney for the days that you’re in the office, with hybrid ways of working our norm.
