About the role
In Digital, we aim to create an excellent digital experience for our customers. We deliver digital product and service solutions that help improve the way customers bank with us. As a team, we support one another and lead by example. Our strong customer commitment is underpinned by our values and the expectations we have of each other.
This Senior Manager – Digital Lending will have business ownership for our BEN digital mortgage channel known as BENx, our digital BEN branded offering, and other digital lending assets and tools. You’ll lead our approach to building this capability with mortgage platform partner Tic: Toc and in conjunction with BEN technology team.
You’ll be accountable for scaling this offering to the mortgage market and delivering significant grow via this platform. Management of credit risk, lending policy and procedure and product and pricing will be a key accountability.
You’ll lead a small team and work across the organisation with key support areas to deliver a key 'go to market strategy.
Reporting directly to the General Manager Digital Banking and a key member of the digital leadership team, this position will influence, build digital capability, create consensus, and interact at senior levels across the broader Group.
You will have extensive Digital Product experience, with deep understanding of the digital customer value proposition, including a strong understanding of the lending business and home loan market
