Having set a three-year strategy to be the best in class, the Group Marketing team create customer-centric content and creative campaigns through centres of excellence, delivering a service that is second to none!
We currently have a permanent opportunity for a Senior Manager Marketing Operations within our Brand, Media and Content team leading a team of five to coordinate effective end-to-end workflow for campaigns across our centres of excellence.
The role’s operational focus includes account management, traffic management, and continuous process improvement. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing frameworks and processes to guide and manage projects from initial brief through to completion. Using your experience and understanding of efficient workflow concepts to strategically resource projects, identify opportunities for process improvements, and maintain and enhance the systems and tools to deliver on cost and to timelines. As an expert in stakeholder engagement you’ll liaise internally in and outside of Group Marketing, with external agencies and partners, as well as engage with the senior leadership team.
