The Customer Relationship and Interaction Management Service is within the Customer and Data Enablement Practice. The Practice drives the enabling capabilities to onboard and connect with our customers, and the modernisation and simplification of our data ecosystem to enable us to derive value from our data.
Ultimately, this team will enable the delivery of seamless, simple and consistent customer experiences.
About the role
The Siebel Developer is a member of a cross functional team and will be responsible to develop and enhance the Siebel CRM Application, including detailed design, configuration, documentation, testing and deployment, to meet the requirements and acceptance criteria detailed in user stories and other functional specification documents.
As a Senior Developer within the team you may also take on other functional roles within the team (e.g. Iteration Management), coordinate Chapters or Guilds and take a collaborative approach to coaching and mentoring junior team members.
