As Team Manager you will lead an experienced team which aspires to deliver operational excellence. Key to your success will be:

  • Providing effective leadership to your team: ensuring team members are engaged, have a motivating work environment, perform to the required standard, and constantly provide customer focused, cost effective and quality operational support to the Group’s customers, partners and other departments.
  • Workflow management: prioritising workflow to ensure service levels are achieved and urgent cases escalated. In line with our ActiveOps framework; preparation of weekly workload and resourcing plan forecasts & attendance

We are looking for someone who will grasp this opportunity with enthusiasm and proudly tell our story to take our business to the next level, plus:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a high-volume processing environment
  • Experience in post settlements, depositor servicing, transaction processing and international payments preferred (but not essential)
  • Highly organised and planned approach with a continuous improvement focus
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to think outside the square
  • High level of technology proficiency - experience with performance-based software, banking platforms RFS or similar systems preferred.
