The Mirboo North Community Bank Branch has an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a career in banking by undertaking a traineeship as a Customer Service Officer.
You will be given the guidance you need to do what you do best – listening to customers and using your skills to help them with transactions, provide education on our online platforms and tools, recommend the banks products and services, and assist our customers achieve their financial goals.
We will support you to achieve a Certificate III in Business. This is undertaken as paid on-the-job training within work hours and in conjunction with a Registered Training Organisation.
The successful applicant will be placed on a 12 month Part Time contract, working 5 days a week. Salary will be based on the National Training Award.
A successful Trainee Customer Service Officer will bring:
Display the aptitude to quickly learn new systems and processes
An ability to confidently talk to customers face to face and over the telephone
An eagerness to learn and share with others what makes our bank different
Hold a strong desire to find solutions that truly meet customer needs
Experience in the customer service- a plus but certainly not essential, we understand that you may be starting out in your professional career
