Within this Centre of Excellence sit the Group Website and User Experience team who have product ownership of the Group’s website platform. The team ensure online capabilities support business and customer needs, and build organisational maturity in the use of digital channels and new technologies.
We currently have a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity for a User Experience (UX) Designer that has genuine possibility of extension. Reporting into the Digital Product Manager you will deliver campaigns and champion website customer experience across digital touch points. Using insights, business requirements, and user journeys to create innovative user experiences that drive growth.
As a problem solver you’ll design with user and business outcomes in mind and be able to work in an iterative style. Working across our websites for credit cards and everyday banking products to lead the design for online web pages, application platforms, forms, and other assets. Bringing your expertise in UX design principles and methodology to turn insights and ideas into concepts, models, prototypes, storyboards, journey maps, scenarios, and guidelines. Combining your capabilities with Google Analytics, prototyping tools (Invision or equivalent), and knowledge of WCAG to provide best practice end-to-end web design and management.

This role can be based in any of our main office locations: Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, or Bendigo for the days that you are in the office, and then other days you’ll be working from home to help better balance your life and work.
