About the role
The Senior Branch Manager is a pivotal leadership role within the Community Bank team, critical to the building of a strong, inclusive, dynamic and productive local Community Bank business being commercially focussed and community spirited. Accountable for multiple Community Bank branches delivering tailored financial solutions for our customers.
This role has significant people, commercial and operational responsibility and accountabilities that will contribute and ensure a sustainable, commercially viable local Community Bank. This requires active management of the company profit and loss, cost to income ratio and overall growth.
Participation in your local community initiatives is an expectation of the position where travel, weekend work or work out of hours may be required on occasion.
This position is located at Kilmore, Wallan & Broadford branches.
The role is Permanent – Full Time. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.
