Everyone deserves to feel included and valued

We're proud to welcome people from a range of backgrounds, with a variety of skills, ages, personalities and abilities because we believe our differences bring us together and make us stronger.

Diversity of experience, mindset and background inspires our best ideas, helps us challenge the status quo, and identify better ways of working. And in a dynamic operating environment, our diversity will make a difference.

We can all reach our potential when we can be ourselves. When we all belong.

Accessibility

We're committed to ensuring accessible and inclusive recruitment processes and encourage people with disabilities, including neurodivergent individuals, to apply. Our Access and Inclusion Plan (AIP) (PDF 2.7MB) was developed in partnership with the Australian Network on Disability, and outlines how we focus on our customers, our people and our workplace to raise awareness, influence strategy and deliver change. We've partnered with Get Skilled Access and Randstad to participate in Recruitable, a program designed to build disability confidence in organisations and hire people with disability. Our BEN Ability Employee Resource Group has members from across the organisation with lived experience of disability, a passion for building an inclusive workplace, and accessibility experience from a range of personal and professional backgrounds.

'Our society is made up of individuals; each of us unique in our thoughts, ideas, and capabilities. This diversity should be reflected in our workplaces, with organisations embracing and celebrating difference as a source of strength, creativity, and innovation.'
