Up to 3 paid days leave each calendar year to do what matters to you. Our special events, personal milestones and lifestyles aren’t always aligned, so we created Lifestyle and Cultural leave to be used for anything important or significant to you. This could be for religious or cultural activities, your birthday or even that annual golf tournament with your mates!
Up to 5 days paid leave each calendar year for eligible Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander employees to participate in cultural and/or ceremonial practices within their community - that's in addition to the 5 days compassionate leave. For example, this could be to participate in NAIDOC celebrations or attend Sorry Business.
Up to 6 weeks' paid leave to support trans people through their affirmation process, including social, medical and legal affirmation. We know that not everyone transitioning will take all, or any of these steps or in any particular order, whatever you choose to do - we've got your back.

Join SSP within 120 days of your start date and you’ll be eligible for Income Protection, Death and Total Permanent Disability insurances without a health assessment.
The real bonus here is that when you contribute more, we do too. Yep, we’ll pay additional contributions that neutralise the cost of insurance cover when you salary sacrifice into your Staff Super Plan.
