The changes that we're making to our Business Banking team are going to expand on the great work that the team have already been doing. I'm excited to build and lead a dedicated operational and fulfilment team to deliver exceptional outcome for our customers and staff.
As a Sales Manager it’s been a privilege to be part of the Business Banking Transformation team, working closely with transformation specialists to build a solution right for our customers and people. I am confident the changes will position our business segment for strong sustainable future, increase lending growth, faster speed to market, and overall simplification in the way we do things. In addition, these changes will enable bankers more time to do what they do best – assisting business owners to achieve their goals.
