We're re-imagining our Business Banking division, continuing to put our customers first in everything we do. We've built strong foundations, with great performance and growth, and now we're building on this to accelerate the journey we've embarked on.

We're changing how we do things to free us up to do more of the work that matters - deepening our already deep connections with our customers. We're simplifying processes, innovating and building our connections across our whole business. We're streamlining our structure and ways of working to enable us to spend more time doing what we do best - helping our customers write their own amazing stories.
