About the role   

As a Branch Operations Manager you will be the leader of an important local business. You will play a key role in driving your branch and community forward, delivering tailored financial solutions to your customers. 

You will play a core leadership role within the business possessing excellent communication and inter-personal skills to manage our branch and drive the business forward aligned to our unique Community Banking philosophy. Striving for and leading the team to succeed in all the operational excellence areas required to run a sustainable business. 

This position is located at Community Bank Port Lincoln. Please note that Port Lincoln is an 8 hour drive from Adelaide. The role is full time. 

About you  

• Knowledge bank branch operations is required. 
• "Natural Born Leader" proven ability to lead, mentor and develop highly effective teams. 
• Experience in lead generation and a demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results. 
• Demonstrable experience in developing and executing strategies to maintain and build business growth.  
• Highly developed relationship building skills; proactively developing valued internal and external networks and community partnerships. 
• Experience in Personal Lending and an understanding of Residential and Commercial lending is advantageous.
