The Business & Agribusiness Transformation Team provides a critical connection between the business and enterprise transformation delivery teams and in business change. The Team is responsible for:

 

  • Bringing the voice and needs of the business customer to the transformation program
  • Identifying opportunities to shape initiatives and charters to deliver enterprise value
  • Facilitating business input and resourcing to charters, programs and initiatives and support the business in navigating the flow of ideas into initiatives
  • Ensuring that delivery is prioritised and sequenced in the optimal way for Business Customer to deliver as quickly and effectively as possible, taking both an enterprise and divisional view
  • Providing visibility of the opportunities and constraints so the business can make informed decisions
  • Acting as an escalation point to help resolve roadblocks
  • Setting the business up for success to land initiatives in a way that realises maximum ROI

 

As the Project Manager, you will get to do:

 

  • Work with the broader Business & Agribusiness division to support the Project Management of in business strategic initiatives
  • Use Project Management methodologies to track project deliverables, timeframes, stakeholders, risks, benefits and costs
  • Where the initiative is part of a transformation charter, work with the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to record charter initiative value, costs and deliverable dates
  • Ensure costs and benefits are managed and achieved in line with the initiative purpose
  • Embed the Business & Agribusiness narrative within all communications
  • Build relationships with adverse range of stakeholders across the division and transformation teams

 

What you’ll bring to the role

To succeed in this role, you will have:

 

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager along with Scrum or Agile experience
  • Knowledge of Agile approaches as well as PRINCE2 OR PMBOK
  • Vendor and contract management
  • Stakeholder engagement, facilitation and management experience
  • Ability to lead software development projects
  • Experience in facilitating workshops with large groups of stakeholders and working with partners on and offshore
  • Demonstrated ability to influence mindsets during and after change
