About the role
The Branch Manager will be responsible for building the strategic plan to gain market share for the localised area. You will spend a large portion of your time utilising your business development skills to build long-term connections with local community groups, stakeholders and partners to drive business opportunities for the Branch.
It is a vital leadership role within the Community Bank team and broader branch network. It is an all-rounder role, with a broad range of commercial, operational and leadership responsibilities and accountabilities.
This position is located at the Community Bank Beechworth branch. The role is permanent, full time. Beechworth might be known for the charming balance of beauty, history and wineries (and breweries!), but the Beechworth Community Bank is known locally as an integral part of the community.
Our Community Banks are part of a Profit For Purpose model. As a Branch Manager, your role will have a direct impact on the local Beechworth community and can be proud of the connections and change that these banking relationships create.
Through the unique Bendigo & Adelaide Bank Community Bank model, we have invested $680k across our communities through various community initiatives including sponsorships, scholarships and grants.
