The BEN+ program of work will be delivered through various streams including: Three Lines of Defence, People, Governance, Business Risk Management, Risk & Compliance and Data.
As a Change Delivery Manager, you will be responsible across all elements of Communication, Change Management and Implementation activities related to BEN+. With a particular focus on the people side of change you will get to:
This is a 6-month fixed term seconded opportunity ideally based at one of our corporate offices in Adelaide, Melbourne, Bendigo or Sydney but open to location for the right candidate. We have a flexible hybrid work arrangement with a requirement you work from a corporate office at least two days per week.
