We're seeking a dynamic and experienced transformer, to join our high-performing Strategy, Transformation, Execution & Performance (STEP) Team within Bendigo Bank’s Business Banking & Agribusiness Division. The newly created role, of Head of Business Release & Adoption, sits at the heart of our ambitious transformation program, playing a pivotal part in shaping the future of how we serve our business and Agri customers.
We are building the foundations of a sustainable business and Agri bank, reaching some exciting milestones on our transformation journey to date:
Simplification: Operating model readiness, simplification of policy and process improvements.
New Cloud Platform: Implementation of a market-leading CRM and origination platform from Salesforce and nCino.
Consolidation and modernisation: of legacy core systems, e-banking platforms
What You'll Do:
Lead the Charge: You'll be responsible for driving the successful release and adoption of strategic initiatives across Business Banking & Agribusiness.
Strategic Visionary: Provide expert guidance to senior leadership on transformation planning, prioritisation and sequencing, ensuring alignment with overall strategy, business objectives and customer experience goals as well as enterprise Technology & Transformation guidelines and Group policies.
Collaborative Champion: Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels, including business unit heads, product owners, and enterprise peers, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
Data-Driven Decision Maker: Leverage quantitative modelling and scenario planning to inform strategic recommendations, ensuring data-driven insights guide our transformation journey. Analyse transformation impact along end-to-end value chains & conduct transformation target setting.
Change Agent Extraordinaire: Implement enterprise change management strategies and frameworks on the ground, empowering teams to embrace new processes and SaaS technologies ensuring optimal benefit realisation.
Your Expertise:
Financial Services Guru: You possess deep knowledge of the banking industry, including financial products, operating models, customer behaviour trends, and competitive dynamics.
Strategic Mastermind: Your proven experience in strategic planning, consulting, coaching, and facilitation will be invaluable in navigating complex transformation initiatives.
Implementation Expert: You have a track record of successfully leading large-scale business transformations from a business perspective, staff engagement and adoption to achieve tangible results.
Delivery & Execution Specialist: You have demonstrated experience in Portfolio Management, Program / project management, target and forecasting processes, management and Board reporting

This is a full-time position, based in Adelaide or Melbourne. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid WFH model of a minimum of 60% of time spent in a local Office. This role may require travel to stakeholders, customers and business centres across the regions.
