Join us in walking the talk when it comes to supporting our customers, giving back and making our communities a better place.

About the team

In April 2006 we opened a bank to grow our community. Our mission was to establish a full-service local bank with heart, providing our customers with competitive banking products & services whilst returning over $620,000 of profit back to our community. We continue to grow our customer base through our customer focused approach and fostering our partnerships with our valued and loyal community members.

We are privileged and very proud of the contributions we are able to make to our community. We invite you to become part of this journey to transform our community through banking.

About the role

Known internally as a Customer Relationship Officer, you will provide a seamless Branch experience by meeting customers end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, exploring needs and circumstances and providing consumer lending and other financial solutions relevant to their lifestyle. You will demonstrate a high level of ownership which is based on building strong relationships with new and existing customer and the wider community. You will actively engage our customers to explore the best products and services to suit their needs. You will be comfortable working in a changing environment as we adapt to digitization and educate and support our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs.

This position is a great career opportunity and will ideally suit someone to further develop their skills in the consumer lending space.

This position is located at Community Bank Inverloch. The role is Permanent, Part Time. The roster is 57 hours per fortnight, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
