We’re looking for an experienced leader to grow our business and support our community impact agenda.
The Senior Branch Manager is a pivotal leadership role within the Community Bank BDCU team, critical to the building of a strong, inclusive, dynamic and productive local Community Bank business being commercially focused and community spirited. This role is accountable for multiple Community Bank branches delivering tailored financial solutions for our customers and growing our business
As part of the Community Bank BDCU leadership team, you’ll bring the winning combination of operational management, lending know-how, strategic business development and positive people leadership.
This role has significant people, commercial and operational responsibility and accountabilities that will contribute and ensure a sustainable, commercially viable Community Bank BDCU. This requires active management of the company profit and loss, cost to income ratio and overall growth.
Participation in your local community initiatives is an expectation of the position where travel, weekend work or work out of hours may be required on occasion.
This position is located at Community Bank BDCU in the Southern Highlands and Tablelands, NSW. The role could suit someone living locally in the Southern Highlands, candidates from areas such as Wollongong, Illawarra, Canberra, Southern Sydney/M5 corridor are also encouraged to apply. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role.
