About you

As a Senior Leader you will have visibility in Rural and Business markets, experience in marketing, and the ability to facilitate events, campaigns, and content, as well as strong coordination and planning skills. You will have proven experience in leading high performing teams and are recognized for delivering through your people to achieve business growth.  You have experience leading an evolving business unit with the ability to pivot when needed, and your strength in identifying opportunities and leveraging changes and trends across the industry to support customer and lending growth will see you thrive in this role. 

You are a seasoned professional with the ability to influence senior leaders as well as work closely and in sync with Group Marketing. Experience in building and delivering a business unit national sales strategy and go-to-market plan and/or an operating cadence to support a sales culture is highly regarded.

With extensive knowledge in B2B sales and customer engagement strategy development and delivery, and experience in a large complex organization, you ideally also bring a strong understanding of the Australian banking & finance industry, in particular Business Banking & Agribusiness. 

 

As the Senior Manager Sales Enablement, you’ll get to:

  • Lead the newly created Business & Agribusiness Sales Enablement team to drive, coordinate and deliver customer engagement initiatives through events and content and support to our customers, communities, and front-line sales teams
  • Translate the B&A strategy into executable product enablement plans and business initiatives which create customer growth, an improved NPS and broader product utilisation that supports our customers with the opportunities and challenges they face either On-Farm or in their Business. 
  • Attend events and visit branches to see first-hand how our tailored campaigns and content is succeeding and maintain a visible presence in our Rural and Business markets with our customers and colleagues
  • Use data and insights to formulate and refresh plans and sales activities that support outcomes and to demonstrate and influence stakeholders to invest in your team’s activities.

 

This is a full time, permanent position, based in Melbourne or Adelaide. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of three days in a local office per week.

 

To be successful you will have:

  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership influencing skills to lead and drive cultural change across the group.
  • Proven experience in leading high performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of Australia’s banking & finance industry with the ability to identify opportunities and leverage changes or trends across the industry to support customer and lending growth.
  • Exposure to the following specialist disciplines: Debtor, Trade and Equipment finance Operations, Specialised Lending.
