About the opportunity

Join us as we go through our transformation to help simplify our business and technologies. In this role you will be involved in solution architecture of our lending capability with a specialist focus on Salesforce and nCino technologies. This is an exciting role as your work will focus on new capability in the cloud and transform how we do things, you will be working with and enabling cutting edge and cloud technology to drive success for our transformation agenda.

As a Solution Architect you’ll get to…

• Contribute to architectural activities on initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into key architectural decisions and solution architecture documentation.
• Provide necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to support the development of technology solutions to ensure that solutions meet business needs and align with architectural governance and standards.
• Participate in governance activities associated with ensuring solutions architecture assurance and compliance.
• Ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state vision. 

What you’ll bring to the role

Experience in solution architecture and design roles using Salesforce and nCino is essential to be successful in this role.

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Experience leading architectural definition & delivery of large and complex solutions with the ability to influence stakeholders and decision making.
• Understanding of modern front end development frameworks and methodologies as well as microservices and APIs.
• Knowledge of various aspects of an enterprise technology architecture like business, information, data, network and security.
• Knowledge of cloud platform solutions and the related infrastructure and engineering pipelines.
• Practical experience with big data solutions in at least one major cloud environment such as AWS or GCP.
• Salesforce Certified System or Application Architect Certification would be desirable.
