We’ve never been ‘just a bank’. Just like you should never be ‘just an employee’. We’re united in our belief that in banking, better can be bigger, and together we’re making it happen.

It starts here. With Bendigo Bank… and you.

At Bendigo Bank, we're all about helping people and communities thrive. We're a bank with a heart, deeply rooted in regional Australia but with a national reach. We're striving to become Australia's most innovative bank, and we need talented people to help us achieve this ambitious vision.

  • Support in the management of the annual remuneration review process, including planning, communication and delivery

Ideally you will have proven experience working in the remuneration space in a similar role, however you could also have a finance or audit background with transferable skills and a genuine interest to move into the niche and interesting area of renumeration.

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Finance, or equivalent related field
  • Demonstrated success and previous experience in a specialist remuneration or compensation analyst role
  • Strong understanding of salary benchmarking principles and methodologies
  • Experience with HRIS systems (including SuccessFactors) and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel: including pivot tables, macros, VBA scripting and advanced formula usage
  • Proven experience in PowerBI, Tableau, or similar visualisation tool
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
