Within our People and Culture division sit our Reward, Performance and Governance team who play a critical role in the execution and analysis of the Bank’s renumeration and benefits programs. We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a permanent full time Senior Reward Analyst to join the team, reporting into the Senior Manager Remuneration.
You’ll be able to combine your advanced MS Excel capabilities, problem solving skills, and experience with data visualisation tools, with your ability to communicate well with stakeholders at all levels. This highly analytical role will be hands-on working closely with other members of the team to:
Ideally you will have proven experience working in the remuneration space in a similar role, however you could also have a finance or audit background with transferable skills and a genuine interest to move into the niche and interesting area of renumeration.
You’ll be part of a proactive, collaborative and supportive team that are non-hierarchical where everyone can provide input and ideas that are valued. You’ll be given autonomy and accountability in a role where you can make a genuine impact.
This role can be based in Bendigo, Melbourne, or Sydney locations. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 60% of your time per week in the office.
