We have a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity for a Learning Design Lead to join our team, reporting into the Senior Manager Learning Design. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and deliver innovative, high impact learning solutions that drive real business outcomes for the Bank.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts, using your expertise to translate business objectives into engaging and effective learning experiences. From defining the right approach to hands-on design and development, you’ll create contemporary learning and performance solutions that resonate with the modern learner and make a measurable difference.

This role can be based in any one of our office locations in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Bendigo, Adelaide, or Perth. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 40% of your time per week in the office, increasing to 60% as of July 2025.
