The Head of People Analytics & Insights is an influential position where you’ll create the People Data strategy for the Bank, develop frameworks and governance, implement and lead best practices for reporting, dashboards, and insights for all people related data.

You’ll partner closely with your peers in the People Strategy & Capability leadership team, acting as a trusted people data expert, providing guidance and oversight, as well as the metrics to influence and drive the people strategy. Across People & Culture you’ll engage key stakeholders to proactively identify their people data and analytics needs and provide them with smart solutions and insights.
